Which Size Limo To Hire

Head Count—When renting a limousine there are several important things to factor in prior to making a decision. First and foremost is the headcount (how many people are in your party) this will help in the decision of which vehicle is ideal for you. Then based on your head count you can decide on the vehicle of choice. Be forewarned that if you rent a vehicle suitable for 12 people and your party drops to 8 passengers, you will still be held accountable for the rate of the vehicle you chose.

Vehicle Rule of Thumb—When Booking a vehicle for any size group you should always use the two person rule of thumb. For example you have six passenger in your group and would like to rent a 6 passenger limousine, nine out of 10 service will tell you that you need an 8 passenger limousine. It does sound redundant however limousine manufacturers cram every inch of a limousine into the limousine and label them by passenger capacity(including driver) so in essence a 6 passenger limousine can now seat 5 passengers in the rear and 1 passenger(driver) in the front. A safe rule of thumb is to go one step higher if your limousine service provider does not already suggest this.
